In advanced spintronic devices, the generation, detection and control of pure spin current are the key issues to determine the quality of devices. The recent experimental success of detecting the pure spin current is based on the concept of inverse spin-Hall effect (ISHE) in association with the technique of spin pumping. In this study, we use La0.7Sr0.3MnO3as a magnetic source and microwave of 9.4 GHz as the driving force to generate ferromagnetic resonance and activate the spin transportation in Pt layer. The magnitude of spin voltage generated by ISHE depends on the thickness of Pt in association with the spin diffusion length. It also depends on the thickness of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3, related to the change of damping constant. The origin of thickness dependence of damping constant will be discussed.
