Advancing fluorescence Microscopy: Prism-Couple light sheet Microscope and STED-SIM

Dr. Yu Li received her PhD in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis. Before joining Vertex Pharmaceuticals, she did her postdocs at Salk Institute for Biological studies and Colleague of optical Sciences, University of Arizona, respectively. Her research has been focused on fluorescence microscopy and its application in live cells and animals.
